01
Scope
Reports may cover majmedia.co or another MAJ Media-managed service explicitly identified by MAJ Media. Customer systems, third-party provider networks, social accounts, physical locations, and services not controlled by MAJ Media are outside this reporting scope.
02
How to report
Email hello@majmedia.co with the affected URL or service, a concise description, reproducible steps, the observed impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not include passwords, payment card details, private keys, identification documents, unnecessary personal data, or data taken from another person.
03
Responsible testing expectations
Stop when you have enough information to describe the issue. Do not access, copy, change, or delete another person's data; bypass payment or account controls; use social engineering or physical intrusion; send malware; conduct denial-of-service or high-volume automated testing; or disrupt a service. No permission is granted beyond what applicable law and the service terms allow.
04
How reports are handled
MAJ Media may acknowledge a report, request clarification, investigate, and prioritize a verified issue based on risk and available scope. Response or remediation times are not guaranteed. Do not publish sensitive details until MAJ Media confirms that disclosure is appropriate.
