01
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website or services, MAJ Media may collect contact details, business details, inquiry and quote information, form submissions, chat messages, account information, project files or file metadata, payment status or proof where applicable, session and device information, security logs, consent preferences, page views, sanitized campaign data, and error or performance data.
Name, email, phone, business name, and preferred contact method
Project requirements, budget range, urgency, and messages
Live-chat conversation content and status
Browser, device, approximate location, request timing, and abuse-prevention signals
Optional page-view and campaign analytics only after consent
02
Why we use information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support services, operate live chat, maintain project records, prevent abuse, protect systems, improve usability, comply with legal duties, and run optional analytics when you consent.
03
How processing is justified
Processing may be necessary to answer your request, take steps toward a contract, deliver a contract, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate security and business interests, or act on your consent. Optional analytics remains disabled until consent is granted and can be revoked at any time.
04
Analytics and identifiers
With analytics consent, the site creates random opaque visitor and session identifiers and sends controlled events to PostHog. These identifiers are not derived from your name, email, phone, or business name and are never used for authorization. MAJ Media disables autocapture and session recording and does not send form values, chat content, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to PostHog.
05
Service providers
MAJ Media uses providers only where configured for the site or service. Current provider categories may include Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Firebase and Google Cloud for operational records, Mailgun for notifications, and PostHog for consented analytics. Providers process information under their own security and privacy terms and may process data in other countries.
06
When information is shared
MAJ Media does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the site or deliver a project, with professional advisers where necessary, with institutions at your instruction, or when disclosure is required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law.
07
Retention and deletion
Inquiry, chat, quote, project, transaction, and security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for response, delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, and legal obligations. Different records have different retention needs. Requests for deletion may be limited where retention is required by law or necessary to establish or defend a claim.
08
Security
MAJ Media uses access controls, validation, rate limits, security verification, signed chat access, encryption in transit, restricted server credentials, and logging controls. No system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, private keys, or sensitive identity documents through public chat or forms unless a separately approved secure path is provided.
09
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or ask how information is used. Identity verification may be required before completing a request. Use the Privacy Request form linked in the footer or email hello@majmedia.co. You can reject optional analytics or reopen Manage Cookies from the footer at any time.
10
External links and client context
The site links to WhatsApp, social platforms, and the MAJ Media dashboard. Those services have their own policies. When MAJ Media processes information for a client project, responsibilities may also be defined by that client's instructions and the agreed service scope.
11
Children and security incidents
The public website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. If MAJ Media becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, it will investigate and provide notices where required and appropriate.
12
Contact and updates
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@majmedia.co. This policy may change as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
