This policy explains the essential storage used by the site and the optional analytics that remains off until you consent.
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Similar browser storage may keep a preference or same-session identifier. MAJ Media uses only what is needed for essential site operation and the optional categories you choose.
Essential storage is always enabled because it supports consent records, same-session live-chat restoration, security verification, rate-limiting support, and core infrastructure. The chat access token is kept in session storage and is not used for analytics. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable forms, live chat, Client Login, WhatsApp, or normal navigation.
PostHog analytics is optional. It initializes only after consent. Autocapture and session recording are disabled. Controlled events do not include form values, live-chat text, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. An opaque analytics visitor ID may persist after consent and is cleared where practical when analytics is revoked.
A preferences category may store non-essential display choices if such features are added. The current site does not enable advertising or marketing trackers. The consent dialog does not preselect optional categories.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential browser technology to verify legitimate requests. PostHog is used only for optional consented analytics. Hosting and security infrastructure may set strictly necessary values required to deliver the site.
The first consent banner offers Accept all, Reject optional, and Manage with equal clarity. You can reopen Manage Cookies in the footer, save new preferences, accept all, or reject non-essential analytics at any time. Closing the preference dialog does not grant consent.
Where supported, the site treats Global Privacy Control as a request to keep optional analytics disabled. You may also clear or block cookies through browser controls, although blocking essential storage may affect chat restoration or consent persistence.
