01
Initial deposit
Unless a written quote or agreement states otherwise, a 50% initial deposit is required before project work begins. The initial deposit becomes non-refundable once MAJ Media begins work allocated to the first project phase, subject to applicable law.
02
Remaining balance and later instalments
The remaining balance or any later instalment is due at the milestone stated in the accepted quote or project plan. Depending on the project, that milestone may occur before Phase 2, production, development, deployment, launch, final delivery, or handover. Each payment or instalment becomes non-refundable once MAJ Media begins the work allocated to that payment or phase, subject to applicable law.
03
Staged projects
Each project phase may have its own scope and payment. Work on a later phase normally waits for its required payment. A payment becomes non-refundable once work allocated to that phase begins, subject to applicable law. Unstarted future phases are handled separately. Already-incurred third-party costs may remain non-refundable, and a written quote may define a different schedule.
04
Monthly services
Monthly plans are recurring services billed in advance where stated in the confirmed plan. Cancellation notice and any minimum term follow that plan. Completed billing periods and scheduled or completed work are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Provider subscriptions, third-party costs, and separately approved work remain payable where already incurred. Website plan setup pricing includes the first month, with monthly billing beginning from month 2 unless the quote states otherwise.
05
Third-party fees
Domains, hosting, subscriptions, provider fees, registration charges, printing, courier, transaction fees, and paid tools are subject to provider terms and are not refundable through MAJ Media unless the provider issues a refund to MAJ Media for the same charge.
06
Workmanship warranty
MAJ Media will correct eligible workmanship issues that fall within the confirmed scope and are reported within the agreed warranty or review period. New requests, changed instructions, third-party changes, client edits, access loss, or out-of-scope work are not warranty issues.
07
Cancellation and disputes
If a project is cancelled before work begins, MAJ Media will review whether any approved third-party or non-recoverable costs were already incurred. Unstarted future phases are handled separately from work already begun. Concerns should be sent promptly to hello@majmedia.co with the project reference so the matter can be reviewed in good faith.
08
Rights under applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
