- Deposit Rule: Bundles use a 50% initial deposit unless the written quote states another schedule. Each payment becomes non-refundable once work allocated to its related phase begins, subject to applicable law.
- Institutional Approvals: Bank readiness documents and BIR guides are provided, but approvals from banks, payment gateway providers, and government registries depend entirely on their internal policies.
- Website Monthly Billing: Monthly care and maintenance are billed in advance starting on month 2. These services are only available for sites built or rebuilt by MAJ Media.
- Exclusion Policy: Third-party platform subscriptions, transaction gateway fees, domain name registry fees above included allowance, and printing or courier services are billed separately.
